A beautiful, clean facility with such a friendly, welcoming staff. Our kids also loved attending their Healthy Kids Day where they had plenty of fun activities for them to do. Would absolutely recommend!

Extremely rude front desk staff. Two women, the younger one in particular, were condescending, rude and sarcastic when I visited recently. The spirit from which my questions were answered was completely uncalled for and witnessed by my entire family. I would have given a higher review otherwise. I do greatly enjoy using your facilities and would love to be able to do so in the future, if I knew I was going to be treated with basic human decency while there.

My wife and I recently visited this YMCA location for what we believed was a scheduled daycare tour. Unfortunately, we had accidentally gone to the wrong building. While that mistake was ours, the way we were treated by the older lady at the front desk was completely unacceptable. As soon as my wife began explaining why we were there, she was interrupted mid-sentence and corrected in a rude, dismissive tone rather than being allowed to finish speaking. Instead of offering friendly assistance, the interaction felt condescending and unwelcoming from the very beginning. After informing us that we were at the wrong location, I asked for directions to the correct building. While we were eventually pointed in the right direction, basic courtesy and professionalism were noticeably lacking. The front desk is the first impression families receive when visiting a community center, especially one that serves children. Staff in these positions should communicate with kindness, patience, and respect. There is a significant difference between correcting someone and speaking to them in a way that makes them feel unwelcome. This employee’s attitude was unnecessarily rude, dismissive, and unprofess

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Please send someone undercover to monitor the employees. This facility has a handful of miserable people that treat grown men and women like they are children. I had an experience where my friends and I got asked to leave 15 minutes before closing time while wrapping up a short basketball game. Not only that, but the lady had an attitude and spoke to us as if we were middle school students in a classroom. Then one day, I came 40 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked which led to the employees telling me they are closed while I see people shooting on the courts. You guys do this to your members and then also ask for late fees on memberships? I’m not sure what kind of family friendly business does this to people it’s almost humorous at this point. My singular star goes out to the younger girl that works the desk and some of the nicer middle aged women there thank you guys for having decency and respect. Everyone else is miserable, disrespectful, and just disgusting human beings I’m sorry to say it. I can’t stress it enough, but either figure yourselves out, go find a therapist, or don’t work at a family driven establishment. Stay away fro
